Fast counter sales
Scan barcodes or search by name, take cash, bank or mobile money payments and print a receipt. Each sale updates stock and posts revenue and cost of sales, so gross profit is visible the same day.
Branches and a central warehouse
Hold stock in a warehouse and in each shop. Shops raise supply requests when stock runs low, the warehouse approves and fulfils them and transfers keep quantities right in both places. Reports can be run per branch or for the whole business.
A daily report you do not have to ask for
The till opens at 05:00 and closes at 19:00 automatically, and the day's sales report is emailed to the owner. If you are away from the shop, you still know how the day went.
Buying from suppliers
Raise purchase orders, receive goods, record supplier bills and pay them. FIFO costing keeps profit accurate when supplier prices change.
